I am based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I help people to achieve holistic healing through natural remedies, and eating nutritious foods through creating an environment where they can relax, rejuvenate and find balance. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which looks at the individual as a whole, taking into account their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.


My goal is to help people to find the perfect balance of treatments and lifestyle changes that will help them to reach their health and wellness goals. I offer a range of services including consultations, workshops, herbs and one-on-one sessions. I also offer advice and guidance on making the most of natural remedies, nutrition and lifestyle changes.


I am passionate about helping people to achieve their best health and wellbeing, and I look forward to working with you to create an environment that will enable you to reach your goals.
